Tonight the Sonics were playing in Paris, not only it's one of my favorite rock band, but it reminds me of how i was introduced to them, one crazy night in a Belgian festival a few summers ago, thru Brian big hands (bass player of Eagles of Death Metal) when i was supposed to go on tour with them... nice tour bus but.. i'll tell you that one another time..
Anyways, they also strongly influenced one of my former favorite rock band, the Hives.
Unfortunately for me I couldnt go tonight, and i'm afraid it will be one of their last tour ever, so here's just a little tribute, as i feel a bit sad, if you dont know them you'll be pleased to meet them, as it's never too late for good rock and roll...
